We do not use tracking pixels, ad networks, or behavioral analytics tools on this website. We do not collect any information passively beyond what a standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, page visited).
Why We Collect It

- Conduct and deliver your AI Assessment and written report
- Communicate with you about your engagement with Owazo
- Improve the quality of our assessments and recommendations
We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising. We do not share it with third parties except as described below.
Call Recording and Transcription
Assessment calls may be recorded and transcribed to support accurate analysis. We will inform you before any recording begins. Transcripts are used internally to produce your report and are not shared externally. You may request that your transcript be deleted at any time.
Third-Party Tools
We use a limited set of third-party tools to operate our business. These may include call scheduling software, transcript tools, and email. These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and are not authorized to use your data for any purpose other than providing their service to us. We do not pass your business information to any third party for marketing or sales purposes.
Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as it is needed to deliver our services or as required by law. If you are not an active client and would like your information deleted, contact us at [email protected] and we will remove it within 30 days.
