Owazo Inc., doing business as Owazo AI ("Owazo AI," "we," "us"), is a Texas corporation that helps small and mid-sized businesses put AI to work. This policy explains what information we collect through owazo.ai, our chat widget, calls and text messages, and how we use it.

Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, company name and anything you write in a message, form or chat.
Information from calls and texts: records of calls and text messages with us, which may include call recordings and transcripts where permitted by law.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers who help us deliver the messages.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

With service providers who help us operate our business, such as our customer relationship management, phone and messaging providers, and only so they can provide those services to us.
When required by law, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.

Texts: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts.
Access, correction or deletion: email us at [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

9. Children

Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy. The last updated date at the top shows when it last changed.
